An inmate was found dead in an apparent suicide at Northern Nevada Correctional Center, the Nevada Department of Corrections said Tuesday. Timothy Seibel, a 50-year-old Washoe County man, was found dead in his cell Sunday. He was serving a sentence of 19-48 months for battery causing substantial harm. Read More. |
