The delay in this correspondence is due to the collection of accurate information pertaining to this incident. On Monday night, at approximately 9:15 p.m. a Department Of Corrections inmate fell from the upper tier railing of his housing unit at the Missoula County Detention Center, striking his head on the concrete floor.
