WASHINGTON (AP/WJLA) - More details have been released in this week's escape of a man who had been taken to the Psychiatric Institute of Washington after being arrested on charges of assaulting an officer, having unregistered ammunition and being a fugitive from justice. The D.C. Department of Corrections said that Kenneth Clayton escaped Monday after going through initial processing at the Psychiatric Institute at 4228 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W. Clayton was moved to a locked area of the facility where uniformed personnel aren't allowed for medical privacy protocols. Read More. |
