An escaped inmate from Eastern Carolina is now back in custody. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety credits tips from the public to helping lead them to Jeffrey Olds. He was taken into custody without incident at the Coliseum Inn in Fayetteville shortly after 6:30 p.m. Olds escaped from the Greene Correctional Center around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. Read More. |
