LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - An inmate who escaped from the Blackburn Correctional Center is back in police custody. Officials at Blackburn say Terry Chandler escaped around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Lexington Police believe that Chandler left the facility with his girlfriend. Read More. |
