CINCINNATI —One Hamilton County department is overspending on overtime. Each year, hundreds of thousands of dollars is being wasted on extra pay, instead of hiring extra people. In the first 10 months of this year, the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center and Court has already shelled out $563,974 in overtime pay alone.
