JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- UPDATE: The man who sparked a SWAT standoff on the 7600 block of Del Road has surrendered, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Investigators tell First Coast News James Bailey, 32, surrendered just before 7 a.m. He failed to turn himself in to the Dinsmore Work Release Center on Old Kings Road Sunday night. Bailey was wearing an ankle bracelet, which helped police locate him, they say. Read More. |
