| Inmate dies at Lake Correctional in Clermont |

CLERMONT — A 54-year-old prisoner died at the Lake Correctional Institution on Nov. 9, the Florida Department of Corrections confirmed Monday. Mark Comenzo was serving time at the Clermont facility for violation of probation in Indian River County, according to jail records. He was sentenced September of last year. He was previously convicted of child assault in Levy County, according to corrections records, and is listed on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's sexual offenders and predators registry.
