WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) – Police in South Florida have arrested an inmate who escaped from prison on Halloween. The Florida Department of Corrections reports that West Palm Beach police captured 39-year-old Ronald McCoy Monday evening, following up on a tip received by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
