An Oklahoma Department of Corrections inmate charged in October after sexually charged letters written to a 14-year-old at his church were found by the girl’s mother was arraigned Thursday on a felony charge. David M. Inge III, 27, was arraigned on a count of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under the age of 16, which is punishable by 20 years to life in prison.
