SMYRNA, Delaware — Corrections officials say a man serving a life sentence for killing his former girlfriend has died. The Department of Corrections says 60-year-old Steven Crawford of Chester, Pennsylvania, died Sunday at Christiana Hospital after a long illness. He had been an inmate at the James T.
