A Cattaraugus County Jail inmate is accused of throwing urine at a corrections officer on Tuesday. Jarrett J. Cooper, 38, is facing an aggravated harassment charge. Details about the incident were not released. The sheriff’s office said Cooper, of Salamanca, was taken to Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment and remanded back to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Read More. |
