A former juvenile corrections officer in Phoenix faces a criminal charge after being accused of sexual misconduct with an inmate. The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections says that Jeremy Hazen is no longer employed and now faces a felony charge of sexual contact by a correctional officer with an inmate.
