Capital murder suspect Demarcus Woodard, one of three inmates who escaped from Choctaw County jail Saturday has been captured, according to NBC News. Choctaw County Sheriff Tom Abate told the Associated Press early Monday morning that Demarcus Woodard -- the last inmate still on the run -- was captured in Tuscaloosa around 11:45 p.m. Sunday. Justin Gordon, 23, was found inside a vehicle in a Tuscaloosa parking lot Saturday night. Gordon had been initially arrested and charged with armed robbery and burglary. Read More. |
