Police say a minimum security inmate who walked away from a transitional work center in Concord, New Hampshire, has been arrested after crashing a stolen car in Rochester. The Department of Corrections says 40-year-old Jason William Chapman didn't show up for a 10:45 p.m. head count on Sunday and was placed on walkaway status. Rochester Police told WOKQ-FM that Chapman was arrested early Monday morning after fleeing from the scene of a crash and briefly struggling with officers in the woods. Read More. |
