| Inmate dies in Las Vegas from medical condition |

An inmate died in Las Vegas on Wednesday of what Nevada Department of Corrections officials called a chronic medical condition. Russell Bluebaugh, a 43-year-old inmate at the Southern Desert Correctional Center in Indian Springs, was taken to Valley Hospital Medical Center on Dec. 4 for his medical condition and died a few weeks later at the hospital.
