The Delaware Department of Correction says a prisoner at the Plummer Community Corrections Center in Wilmington never returned from an authorized weekend pass. Corrections officials say they've tried to make contact with 27-year-old James Thomas of Wilmington, but have been unsuccessful, and a warrant is out for his arrest. Thomas is currently serving a sentence of level 4 work release or home confinement following a conviction for reckless endangering. Read More. |
