TRACY — The interim warden at Deuel Vocational Institution in Tracy has been appointed to the position officially by Gov. Jerry Brown. Incoming Warden Jerome Price had taken the reins in 2012 after Deuel's former warden, Ron Rackley, was transferred to Stockton’s California Health Care Facility.
