| Initial reports of Madera County Jail takeover attempt turns into a fight between inmates |

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Safety concerns put law enforcement on alert at the Madera County Jail Monday night. The sheriff's department first reported an attempted takeover. The sheriff's department now says there was a fight between inmates at the jail. But the initial report to ABC30 from them was an investigation over an attempted takeover.
