On Thursday, Oklahoma will put a man to death for the first time in nine months, since the controversial execution of Clayton Lockett. Charles Warner is schedule to die for the 1997 rape and murder of a woman's 11 month old daughter. You'll remember FOX23’s extensive coverage in April of 2014 when Lockett's execution went wrong.
