Murderer who failed to report for supervision surrenders to deputies

Lowell Lowe called 911 and turned himself in to Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday night. He is being booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

SNOHOMISH COUNTY — The Department of Corrections is searching for a convicted murderer who failed to report for supervision.

Lowell G. Lowe, 52, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder on May 20, 2003.
