(KSDK) A man accused of kidnapping a 67-year-old man in Kansas City, Mo., then driving him to St. Louis has been arrested. Kentucky State Police arrested Robert "Robbie" Caldwell, 25, of Danville, Ky., Tuesday afternoon after a chase. Caldwell is accused of abandoning a vehicle in Pulaski County, Ky., before stealing another nearby vehicle, according to the FBI. Read More. |
