A prison who had fled while on an authorized work release pass earlier this month is apprehended by authorities. According to department of Correction officials, 24-year-old Kennyuan Baldwin of Dover had been issued a work release pass by the Morris Community Corrections Center on January 6 when he went missing. He was re-arrested by a Delaware State Trooper on a Sussex County shoplifting charge on Tuesday. Read More. |
