FARGO - Though her transition from prison hasn’t been easy, Kelly Tigerstrom considers herself “one of the lucky ones.” Despite her criminal background, the 41-year-old Fargo woman was able to get a job and an apartment, after many attempts and a best friend who was willing to co-sign.“That was the only way I was able to get it,” she says. She’s working on regaining custody of her 7-year-old twin sons, who’ve been in foster care since February 2014.
