Charles Manson’s 90-day marriage license is set to expire Thursday without the 80-year-old convicted murderer having married his girlfriend. Fox News reports Manson and 26-year-old Elaine "Star" Burton applied for and received a marriage license Nov. 7. Inmate weddings at California State Prison in Corcoran, where Manson is held, are only performed on Saturdays and Sundays, meaning time has essentially run out for the couple. “A Manson wedding did not take place,” Terry Thornton, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation told the Los Angeles Times.
