ORIENT – The former deputy warden and warden's assistant at the Southeastern Correctional Complex in Lancaster has been promoted to be the new warden of the Correctional Reception Center (CRC) at Orient. Rick Chuvalas brings more than 29 years of experience to the new assignment and has held many positions with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections.
