After Tony Lester killed himself in prison, 12 News went to court and won the only visual proof of how the Arizona Department of Corrections responded to the suicide. We told his story in a series of investigative reports. Now, Patti Jones, Lester's aunt, is on a mission to make sure this never happens again.
