Police say two teenagers escaped briefly from a Chester County (Pa.) youth detention center. But they apparently had no plan for what to do after getting out of the building and were caught on foot within 45 minutes. The 17- and 19-year-old inmates of St. Gabriel's Hall were barefoot and wearing only pajamas when they broke out on December 23rd by striking an employee over the head with a wooden broomstick. Police say it may have been at attempt to get back to their Philadelphia homes for Christmas. |
