(WIBW)-- The family of a man who died in Kansas prison has filed a lawsuit against several agencies. Rebecca Hollister filed a civil suit against the Kansas Department of Corrections, The KBI, Nemaha County Attorney's Office, Atchison County Sheriff's Office and Correct Care Solutions who is responsible for health care at El Dorado correctional facility. She was the wife of Roger Hollister, who died in prison while serving a life sentence in the death of Patricia Kimmi in 2009. Read More. |
