FAIRFIELD — The suit filed by an inmate at the Solano State Prison in Vacaville, who contends he fractured his right shoulder and was later infected with a skin-eating virus after falling out of an upper level bed at 3:30 a.m., is set Thursday for a case management conference. Eric Robinson, 50, said the Nov. 16, 2010, incident followed his being given the drug Depakote for seizure disorders. The drug caused him to have nightmares and fall out of bed, Robinson contends in the suit filed in Solano Count Superior Court. Read More. |
