MCALESTER, Okla. (AP) — It takes less than eight seconds to state — The Oklahoma Department of Corrections does not anticipate a return of the Oklahoma State Penitentiary Rodeo. Not now and maybe not ever. "We don't have any plans at this point to move forward with it," said Jerry Massie, DOC spokesman.
