An inmate’s right to be executed in a constitutional manner should not “vary with the marketing decisions” of drug companies, three Oklahoma death-row inmates argue in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court. In a brief filed Monday, attorneys for the inmates — Richard Glossip, John Grant and Benjamin Cole — outlined their arguments to the court that Oklahoma’s lethal-injection method is unconstitutional.
