Five Pennsylvania death-row inmates - including a man with Lancaster County ties - have filed a lawsuit against the state Department of Corrections, challenging the three-drug mixture that would be used to execute them. The challenge to the state’s execution protocol will be heard Wednesday in Commonwealth Court in Harrisburg, according to the Associated Press.
