Kentucky death row inmate dies |

LAGRANGE, Ky. (AP) — A Kentucky death row inmate involved in a lawsuit against the state over how executions are carried out has died. A statement from the Kentucky Department of Corrections says Thomas Clyde Bowling died Saturday due to "complications stemming from cancer." He was 62.
