TRENTON >> Two Bo Robinson inmates walked away from their approved work site in Burlington on March 13. Four days later, Michael Preston, 28, and Douglas Kelvy, 39, were both found dead of an apparent overdose in a room at Americas Best Value Inn in Cherry Hill, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. “A number of stamp bags and syringes were found in the room,” Andy McNeil, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office, said last week in an email. “Presumptive tests showed both men had opiates and cocaine in their system. We are waiting the results of the final toxicology tests.” Read More. |
