FORSYTH, GA (WXIA) -- A disturbing photo was somehow snapped inside Burruss Correctional Training Center. That is a place where cameras mean contraband. The picture shows an inmate's eye swollen from an apparent beating. A leash is tied around his neck as two other inmates pose for the camera. "They've got to do a better job at monitoring what goes on," said Augusta talk radio host Austin Rhodes. He posted the photo on his Facebook page on Sunday night.
