| Department of Corrections supervisors resign over photo |

FORSYTH, Ga. -- Georgia Department of Corrections says two supervising officers have resigned after a disturbing photo was snapped inside one of its facilities. The picture, which was taken inside Burruss Correctional Training Center in Forsyth, showed an 18-year-old inmate kneeling on the ground with a leash tied around his neck. The inmate had apparently been beaten. Two other inmates posed for the camera. The department is investigating the incident and how the cell phone got into the facility. Read More. |
