An Oregon Department of Corrections inmate went missing Tuesday morning after walking away from a work crew near Philomath according to a press release issued by the DOC. Jason M. Touch, 36, who is being housed at the Mill Creek Correctional Facility in Salem, was working with a crew near Philomath, before staff discovered he was missing around 9:30 a.m. He entered prison in October 1998 on one count of first-degree robbery out of Multnomah County.
