FALLSBURG >> An inmate has died in an incident at the state-run Sullivan Correctional Facility, a state prison spokeswoman and state police said Tuesday. Linda Foglia at the New York State Department of Correctional Services said the death on Monday at the maximum-security prison was being investigated by state police. The inmate, Karl Taylor, 52, was serving a term of 27 ½-to-55 years for sex crimes and aggravated harassment of an employee. Read More. |
