As you can probably imagine, prison food is not super delicious. Nick Southard knows. He is serving a 63 month sentence at the Clallam Bay Correctional Center. "We get noodles and rice pretty much every night with the same kind of really watery sauce with little chunks of like, I think, chicken in it. It's disgusting. Water and salt is what it tastes like.
