| Ohio House honors prison system's warden of the year |

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Ohio House has honored a 28-year veteran of the state corrections agency as its warden of the year. The resolution was presented to Ernie Moore, current warden at Lebanon Correctional Institution in southwest Ohio, where he also served in 2004. The Department of Rehabilitation and Correction says Moore has brought down use-of-force incidents at the prison, reduced the use of segregation and created a merit system for inmates. Read More. |
