| Jail a place where inmates get help |

MANSFIELD – Maj. Joe Masi of the Richland County Sheriff's Office said a jail is not just about housing people anymore. "We're a jack of all trades. We're just not housing people. We're trying to treat people when they come in," Masi said. "And it should be like that, but we need more resources in the community to help us with that because it is costly."
