A light snow helped Northumberland County, Pa., officials locate a teen who escaped from a juvenile detention center over the weekend. The Shamokin News Item said authorities tracked the youngster by following his footprints in the snow. The teen had walked away from a work release program at a local fire company. He was recaptured at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday night and returned to the detention center in Coal Township. |
