STERLING, CO – In keeping with the DOC philosophy of giving back to our supporting communities, and providing exceptional customer service, yesterday morning, staff and offenders from Sterling Correctional Facility assisted Logan County Emergency Operations with flood mitigation efforts. Four staff members and 19 offenders worked for two and a half hours filling some 500 sandbags and assisting with stabilization of the affected area. |
