| Teen Who Escaped Juvenile Detention Facility Apprehended |

A 19-year-old man who escaped from a west suburban juvenile detention facility late Monday has been taken back into custody. Denzell Walker left the Illinois Youth Center, a medium-security facility at 3825 Campton Hills Road in St. Charles at 10 p.m. Monday, according to a statement from Mike Theodore, spokesman for the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice. He was arrested without incident by a Department of Corrections Apprehension Unit and the U.S. Marshal Service shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday, Theodore said.
