A sheriff's deputy owes his life to an inmate at the Daggett County jail. Ervine Brafford was waxing the floors at the jail when he saw a sheriff's deputy choke on a pistachio and passed out. Brafford gave the deputy the Heimlich maneuver three times, and it worked. |
