FLORENCE, Colo. - Gary Ridgway, known as the Green River killer, has been transferred from a prison in Washington state to a high-security prison in Colorado. The Seattle Times reports Ridgway was transferred to the U.S. Penitentiary in Florence on May 14. The transfer was first reported by KOMO-TV Saturday. Department of Corrections spokesman Andrew Garber did not give a reason for the transfer. Read More. |
