| Butte pre-release officials speak out about increase in walkaways |

BUTTE, Mont. - Police and the Montana Department of Corrections are looking for a man who walked away from the Butte Pre-release Center. Keith Seefeldt isn't the only recent escapee from the center. Officials with the Butte Pre-release Center and Women's Transition said the number of escapees increases during the warmer months. Convicted felons in the pre-release program are allowed to work outside in the community during the day, but they still have to come back to the center at night. Read More. |
