| Second inmate escapes work detail in Rock Hill |

ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A second inmate walked off his work detail in Rock Hill. South Carolina Department of Corrections says Richard Keith Poe, 47, walked away from his job site in Rock Hill around 3:30 Friday morning. On Tuesday, another inmate, Bobby Camp, also managed to escape custody by walking away from his work detail in Rock Hill. Poe is described as a white male standing 5-foot-4 and weighing 154 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes. Authorities say he has a steel rod in his left leg along with tattoos of a woman, a leprechaun and a face.
