HUTTONSVILLE - West Virginia Delegates from Randolph County have voiced concerns about staffing at a state prison in Huttonsville. Department of Corrections officials said it has been documented that there are shortages, not only at Huttonsville, but also other facilities in the state. More than 100 correctional officers are currently staffed at Huttonsville, and about a dozen positions are vacant.
